From your PASSION to ours

The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will carry out responsibilities such as supporting daily analytical needs, contributing to the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, and providing financial insights for commercial overhead teams. The role includes broad exposure across Finance, Accounting, and Commercial functions, and requires the ability to manage diverse tasks with independence and initiative. Additionally, the Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and values. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

From your STORY to ours

• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams during the monthly close process by preparing accurate journal entries for accruals and reclassifications, ensuring thorough analysis and compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate and distribute monthly variance reports comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods. Identify key drivers of variances and deliver insightful, actionable commentary to management.
• Partner with Commercial teams to develop a deep understanding of their strategic objectives and associated expenditures, fostering alignment between financial planning and business goals.
• Deliver regular financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and monitor progress toward organizational objectives.
• Provide analytical support through the development of financial models and scenario analyses. Offer recommendations based on findings to drive informed business decisions.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial planning and reporting systems, ensuring reliable data for decision-making.
• Assist in the creation of Proforma financial statements to evaluate the financial impact of new product launches and customer pricing proposals.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the broader finance function.

Requirements

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Education

• Bachelor's degree is required
• A major in Finance or Similar Field is required.

Experience

• 3+ years Accounting/Budgeting/Finance  Analysis experience is required.

Certifications and specific knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of financial modeling, business intelligence (BI) tools, integrated ERP systems, and SAP required
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and SAP is essential, including understanding how BI solutions integrate with SAP to enable data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
