Financial Analyst - JLL

As a Finance Analyst, you will be a key member of our Finance Team, playing a vital role in the financial operations and success of a facility management organization. You will support the Senior Finance Manager by taking ownership of critical financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This is an excellent opportunity to ensure financial integrity and deliver exceptional service to our teams and JLL's client finance teams. In this role, you will function as a strategic financial partner for the client, collaborating directly with clients and internal stakeholders while driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all monthly results, expenses, and accruals in both client and JLL financial systems, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity
• Oversee and monitor operating expense budgets and financials, maintaining precise data related to work orders, costs, and key performance indicators in Financial Services
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities that contribute to informed decision-making and strategic planning
• Function as a key financial liaison for the client, building a strong collaborative partnership and responding effectively to financial queries and information requests
• Coordinate communications with all stakeholders regarding financial status and progress, providing expert financial advice and support to local Facilities Managers
• Support the development and implementation of new client reporting tools and monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures across the project portfolio

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of finance experience in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to create complex financial models, pivot tables, and analytical reports
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Proven history of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a demanding environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Strong diligence and commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in commercial real estate, facility management, or fiscal management environments
• Familiarity with financial management systems and integrated IT platforms used for expense tracking and reporting
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Knowledge of financial compliance frameworks and internal control procedures
• Demonstrated initiative-taking problem-solving abilities with examples of process improvements implemented in previous roles

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
