As a Financial Analyst, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders within our Finance organization, supporting strategic decision‑making through high‑quality financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. In this role, you will collaborate across functions, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, build scalable financial models, and provide proactive insights that help drive operational and organizational performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a key financial business partner for assigned segment leadership, including support for Research & Development.
Support the preparation of forecasting packages, trend analyses, and scenario models to guide business planning.
Investigate and explain material variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods for managers and senior business leaders.
Assist in building and consolidating annual budget plans for functional and business segment leaders.
Create and maintain cost models to analyze product and departmental margin performance.
Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable ad hoc financial and operational reports as requested.
Support the successful completion of accounting and finance projects; assist with process optimization and documentation.
Provide analytical support to the CFO and Finance leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives.
Contribute to establishing, enhancing, and enforcing department standards and financial governance practices.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and strengthen financial insights.
Perform other related duties as assigned and participate in company-sponsored training.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
2+ years of experience in a financial planning & analysis (FP&A) environment strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret trends and translate findings into recommendations.
Experience working with senior leadership to gather data and support project completion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to shifting priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to producing accurate, thorough work.
Professional, proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively.
