Job Responsibilities:
Looking for a highly detail-oriented financial analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills. Its main activities are related to the control and management of Launch Programs.• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, or Finance, or equivalent experience.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance• Good command of Excel• Advanced English• Availability of time, and desirable but not required experience in the automotive sector.
Skills• Strong analytical and organizational skills.• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting position.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
Knowledge of inventory management and cost allocation methods.
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Analytical skills:
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify trends or discrepancies.
Expense control of launch programs.
End of Month Close Activities
Presentation of financial metrics of Launch Programs.
Control and approval of all BOM changes.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to detail:
Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
Full-time.
