We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our talented Controlling team working at Euronet EFT Segment to strenghthen the team in its goal of providing timely, accurate and insightful information to corporate and regional finance and local and regional management as the basis for assessment of business performance as well as for making appropriate strategic and operational decisions.

How You’ll Make an Impact - Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the company’s reporting and controlling process
- Support financial team in achieving company’s business goals and objectives
- Active participation in month-end close,budgeting/ forecasting activities
- Provide accurate and timely insight into business performance by analysing variances of actual results from budget/ forecast and preparing monthly performance reports
- Ad hoc analysis
- Business partnership with country management and sales teams
- Participate in finance projects
- Support in the development and execution of appropriate analytical tools and forecasting models
- Initiate efficiency opportunities
- Contribute to financial and internal audit
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- University degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Experience within a multinational organization and/ or within an audit firm will be considered an asset
- Very good analytical skills
- Experience with the use of Excel, PowerPoint, understanding accounting systems
- Good written and oral communication skills in Polish and English
