This is a full time, hybrid role with our office in Greenville. This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home.
Who We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a sharp, strategic Financial Analyst whose primary focus is to maximize profitability across all our distribution channels. This role goes beyond traditional reporting – you’ll be a key player in identifying revenue opportunities, reducing transaction costs, optimizing price points, and analyzing product performance to inform smarter decisions.
What You'll Do:
  • Revenue Optimization:
    • Analyze pricing strategies across e-commerce and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com) to identify opportunities for margin improvement and competitive advantage.
    • Collaborate with marketing and retail analysts to test and refine pricing models based on customer behavior and market trends.
  • Cost Reduction & Efficiency:
    • Evaluate transaction costs, including payment processing fees, platform commissions, and fulfillment costs, to uncover savings opportunities.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve ROI on key processes.
  • Profitability Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth historical analysis of product-level profitability across channels and time periods.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommend changes to product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:
    • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles by delivering insightful performance analysis and profitability forecasts.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that track financial performance, trends, and key drivers.
  • Strategic Partnership:
    • Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, bringing clarity to complex financial questions and helping guide high-impact decisions.
    • Provide ad hoc financial modeling and scenario planning for new initiatives, partnerships, or pricing changes.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., DataBricks, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a clear ability to connect financial outcomes to operational levers
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and improving business performance
  • Experience in SAP is a must.
