We are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in financial systems and a passion for leveraging technology to drive financial insights.
ABOUT THE JOBThis role offers significant visibility into the business and provides an excellent opportunity for growth within a collaborative FP&A team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Data Consolidation:
- Consolidate financial data from various systems.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data during the consolidation process.
- Forecasting Processes:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, utilizing financial systems to gather and analyze data.
- Collaborate with finance partners to understand and fulfill forecasting needs.
- System maintenance and Improvement:
- Maintain financial systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance financial reporting systems and tools.
- Business Partner Collaboration:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with finance and business partners.
- Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and provide necessary support.
- Train and support end-users on new system features and enhancements.
- Analytical Support:
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and ad-hoc financial projects.
- Assist with the creation of presentations to summarize financial data for executive management.
- Contribute to the development of financial models for decision support.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and systems within a corporate FP&A environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; experience with Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Experience with financial system implementation, maintenance, or improvement projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
