Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based financial models, including pro formas, rent rolls, and cash flow projection analysis based on vacancy, Net Operating Income, Cap Rates, Equity Return, Price per Square Foot or other methods.
- Assist in preparation of commercial real estate proposals, offering memorandums and various other types of client-facing reports.
- Efficiently coordinate and organize property information including market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, property photos and rent/sales comparables.
- Sending daily morning check-ins, including a prioritized task list that identifies key deliverables for the day.
- Prepare accurate financial or executive summaries for all active listings.
- Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations.
- Occasionally communicate directly with clients and other brokers representing prospects.

Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial analysis environment in the mortgage or commercial real estate industry.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Database experience a plus.
