Responsibilities 🤓

• Assist in the conciliations of costs and accounts payable: review bank and credit card statements, collect invoices, control accounts and update internal records - at least once a week 
• Help update, maintain and fix the company’s internal financial reports - on a daily basis
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual economic and financial reports - at least twice a month
• Support with treasury tasks, operations with banks and relationships with financial institutions - constantly
• Payments and invoice processing - on a weekly basis
• Participate in the day2day with external accountants related to taxes declarations, payment withholdings and provide any needed compliance papers - at least twice a week  
• Help monitor the Business Plan and report on it's deviances - once a month

Required Skills 💻

• 2-3 years of work experience in similar roles
• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting or administration studies
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel/GSheets
• Knowledgeable of accounting principles
• Analytical mindset and great team player Open to using and learning new communication and  technologies
• Proactive, responsible, multitasker, and able to work in a fast-paced organization.
