The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Financial Planning Analyst to support our financial analysis, decision-making, and reporting processes. As the financial analyst, you will be pivotal in meeting our internal data needs and serving as a critical partner to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and automate financial reporting systems.
  • Analyze financial data to drive growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Compile reports and prepare actionable recommendations for management.
  • Develop forecasts, financial models, and budget comparisons.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet their data needs.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, finance, and accounting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate high emotional intelligence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Proactive in seeking ways to improve processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with visualization and planning tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of database structure design.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
