Job Description
The Financial Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Corporate Finance team, including monthly management reporting, the annual budgeting process and providing accurate and timely analysis to support key business decisions. The Financial Analyst will be an effective business partner with corporate leadership. The role will also support ongoing integration activities, strategic planning and corporate development when required.This position will have an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the IT Allocation process for the IT Division: extracts the information from the service providers' systems, processes and uploads the information into the allocation system and generates the accounting notes in the accounting system, as well as the backup information for the IT services re-invoicing activity
- Responsible for the IT recharges, maintenance of the projects and tasks, budget maintenance
- Offer support for Internal customers for any request related to IT Allocation process
- Assists the Corporate Finance team in the external and internal audit process
- Collaborates with other departments to collect and analyze information for forecast and budget
- Participate in the preparation of financial analysis tools together with the Corporate Finance team
- Prepares analysis reports and uploads information into the reporting system
- Identify and participate in the implementation of ways to improve the reports and analyzes used
- Prepares and uploads accounting notes for corporate cost reallocations, costs estimates
- Responsible for compliance with deadlines and specific reporting requirements to the Group
- Responds to the various requests sent by the Corporate Finance team and participates in the preparation of the requested reports;
- Prepares and uploads accounting notes for the analysis of fixed assets accounts
- Prepares monthly, quarterly or annual estimates for fixed asset accounts
- Prepares monthly, quarterly or annual the EPM Corporate forms for fixed asset accounts
- VAT reports for the Group
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics
- 1-3 years postgraduate experience in Accounting or Big 4
- Solid understanding of accounting practices and principles
- Accuracy, detail-oriented, with good organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong technical & analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Self-motivated, high initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate in a cross-cultural environment requiring flexibility
- Strong business partnering skills

- Oracle (ERP) and EPM knowledge would be a plus
- Proficient in English & Romanian
- Candidate based in Romania
