About the Role
Join our team as a Jr. Financial Analyst to support our core financial operations and strategic planning. This role focuses on providing actionable financial insights, assisting with regular reporting and ensuring data accuracy across our financial systems. You will collaborate closely with the finance team to drive informed decision-making and support our organization's growth.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will be involved in daily financial analysis and reporting activities. You will support the preparation of financial models, assist with budgeting and forecasting processes and help maintain precise financial records. Your day-to-day will involve working with financial data to identify trends, resolve discrepancies and provide meaningful summaries to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Cycle bookeeping, AP, AR
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Analyze variances between actual results and corporate forecasts or budgets.
- Support the development and maintenance of robust financial models.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify required financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Previous internship or 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, or NetSuite.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills Required
