FINANCIAL ANALYST - BPO Experience Required!

Location: Must reside in the Philippines

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support and provide insight into the business operations of our many client accounts. This role will gather and analyze financial data related to costs, prices, expenses, and revenues to support the needs of financial modeling and forecasting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the Daily Tracker File of financials for all company brands (experience managing a BPO DTF File is required).
  • Assist in the analysis, investigation and research supporting the needs of organization's financial planning. 
  • Gather and analyze financial information in order to prepare forecasts and analyses of the company's short, medium and long term position. 
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue forecasts.
  • Compare forecasts to actual results and analyze for accuracy and trends.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate, timely, and appropriate financial data/reports are prepared and presented to company management and/or clients.
  • Ensure that reports are clear and comprehensible.
  • Make recommendations to improve the efficiency of the financial reporting processes and budget.
  • Maintain and analyze appropriate financial related data and research and troubleshoot discrepancies; draw accurate conclusions through the use of mathematical and financial reasoning.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback on discrepancies and/or any concerning financial conditions or situations.
  • Provide financial consulting regarding pricing and special projects.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required by Compass.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a Financial Analyst position at a BPO
  • Bachelor's Degree in a field related to finance or business preferred
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • At least 2 years of work experience with financial analysis. 
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles 
  • Excellent working knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Google sheets is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, take initiatives and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. You like working across an organization.
  • Demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization, and time management skills to ensure work is completed in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive information. 
  • Experience with or knowledge of contact center operations is a plus.
