What You'll Do:
Provide annual, monthly revenue and expenditures forecasting and quarterly re-forecasting
Analyze current and past financial data and performance, including trend analysis
Assist budget areas in forecasting, budgeting, and planning
Create, validate, analyze, and distribute financial reports and projections
Analyze actual operating results compared to budget and planned performance and investigate variances
Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Coordinate with members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance*
3+ years’ experience in Accounting, Finance or related work
Understanding of GAAP Accounting
Strong financial acumen and experience with revenue recognition
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with accuracy and good record keeping
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
Must be authorized to work in the United States
It's a Plus if You Have:
Experience with WorkDay and Adaptive Planning
Demonstrated understanding of business practices and fundamental understanding of project management methodology
Demonstrated experience collaborating with and/or training other colleagues
Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
5+ years’ experience in Accounting, Finance or related work
*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
