Job Responsibilities

  • Provide financial planning, reporting and analytical support for Casino business units, including Table Games, Slots, Sales, Marketing and other gaming support departments.
  • Prepare routine financial and operational reports and presentations, including weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages for stakeholders, management and corporate teams.
  • Work closely with business units, Casino Accounting and Revenue Optimization teams to analyze financial performance, revenue and expense variances against budget and forecast, business critical KPIs and emerging trends, while highlighting areas of concern.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding key financial drivers and support the accurate estimation of monthly financial performance.
  • Investigate and respond to business unit queries relating to the financial results of Gaming business units.
  • Support financial analysis on marketing events, promotions and casino customer segments, including profitability and margin reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement in work processes, reporting tools and analytical models to enhance business performance analysis and financial insights through automation and approved AI tools.
  • Support the development of the annual operating budget and preparation of budget reporting packages.
  • Prepare, review and coordinate PRF requests for capex investments.
  • Perform and support ad-hoc analysis, projects and other tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics or related discipline.

Experience

  • One to two years of relevant work experience; experience in finance, audit, analytics, hospitality or gaming would be advantageous.

Other Prerequisites

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

  • Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau or IBM Planning Analytics would be advantageous.

  • Independent, resourceful and analytical with strong critical thinking skills, a curious and proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills, a process-oriented approach and keen attention to detail.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and support the preparation of meaningful financial insights for management review.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Skills Required
