About the job.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with and support the Director of DTC for Levi’s largest geography. As a key contributor, you will manage home office expenses while serving as the Director’s right hand in developing impactful presentations and supporting strategic initiatives. The role provides significant exposure to high-level strategic thinking and decision-making. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in finance, storytelling, variance reporting, forecasting, and process improvement to drive results, while building strong partnerships with key business and operational leaders..
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process for US DTC corporate expenses, including the interpretation and analysis of the results to achieve annual financial commitments
- Lead the forecast and planning process for US retail corporate expenses in collaboration with all partners (real estate, operations, HR, planning, marketing and digital)
- Assist the Director in pulling together Monthly & Quarterly Business Review material for executives
- Coordinate the consolidation of the DTC P&L as part of the forecast/planning process.
- Work closely with the DTC Director to in identifying and implementing process improvements
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills resulting in the ability to identify root causes, trends or variances and the ability to propose solutions.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial results and issues to non-financial audiences.
- Strong team player.
- Retail experience, but not required
- Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel
- SAP experience a plus

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Education: BS/BA in Business Administration/Accounting /Finance preferable/Or applicable experience
- Experience: At least 5 years of Financial Planning and Analysis preferably
