This role will report to the Sr. Manager, FP&A and will pay a critical role in leading 
working capital management across Anduril. This role will be uniquely positioned to
drive process development that facilitates working capital improvements covering key
accounts including cash, accounts receivable, and inventory. In this role you will focus
on forecasting, planning, and analysis, but more importantly driving increased visibility
and accuracy of cash forecasting across each program and business area.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, forecasting, estimates, and reporting of cash flows across Anduril.
    Enhance Finance tools to establish mechanisms to ensure accurate and timely
    reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Treasury and other Accounting partners to 
    review monthly cash flows.
  • Responsible for quarterly closing/estimates and develop reliable estimates of 
    working capital. Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive
    leadership and external stakeholders to communicate results and articulate
    material variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Define key KPIs to measure productivity of operational processes, developing the
    team's expertise, and cross-training constituents across the cash cycle.
  • Partner with external-to-Finance stakeholders to support payment term 
    negotiations, drive AWT (“Average Weighted Terms”) reductions, improve DSO
    and cash conversion cycles.
  • Drive operational engagement and proactively engage with Finance business-line
    partners to articulate cash position and impact of decisions as well as drive
    business initiatives and cash education.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for capital expenditures and investment decisions 
    and provide input to business leaders.
  • Track and analyze project costs for capital buildouts across the country and 
    worldwide.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in treasury and/or FP&A, preferably within a manufacturing
    environment or similarly capital-intensive sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash management and working capital optimization.
  • Solid experience tracking down the right data and figures and digging into large 
    amounts of data to get to the bottom of tricky financial problems.
  • Strong analytical skills, enjoy technical modeling and forecasting using data-
    driven insights to drive business decisions.
  • Solid Excel and Powerpoint skills are a must.
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced 
    environment under pressure.
  • Are a cross-team collaborator, able to work effectively with teams across multiple
    departments, time zones, and functions.

US Salary Range

$90,000$135,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
