What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting in the completion and reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis, and to provide support to the finance team to achieve business objectives.
Producing monthly management accounts according to US GAAP.
Providing transactional detail to ‘in country accountants’ to produce their local statutory accounts.
Taking care of the accounting aspects of several legal entities within Premier Research Group (likely to be Poland, Romania and Czech Republic).
Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
Tax compliance
Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
Production of journals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
Performs financial calculations to support financial transactions relating to cash, pre-payments, accruals, fixed assets, costs and others when needed.
What We Are Searching For:
A degree (or equivalent) and experience in the financial field, a recognized professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA, or local equivalent) would be desirable.
Prior experience using computerized information systems.
Experience of working with internal and external customers/vendors to meet project specific goals
Experience in dealing with local tax authorities.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
This position as offered as a Fixed Term Contract to cover a maternity leave.
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The minimum annualized starting base pay for this role is 99,000.00 PLN. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
