Financial Accountant

Role Overview

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a central role in ensuring accuracy and integrity of the company’s financials. You will be responsible for preparing monthly reports and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, while ensuring that the general ledger and accounts are properly maintained and reconciled. Your work will extend to managing payments and overseeing the payments infrastructure, guaranteeing that transactions are processed efficiently and securely. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance with tax laws, VAT requirements, financial regulations, and internal policies, as well as supporting external audits by providing clear documentation and explanations. This position requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Degree in Accounting.
• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proactive and organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems, or financial software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to internal processes, compliance standards, and financial regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
• Motivated to develop a career in finance and take on increasing responsibility.
