To further strengthen our international finance team, we are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Finance team and support the day-to-day accounting operations across the Acolin Group. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic international environment, where accuracy, attention to details, and strong collaboration are key.
Main Tasks:
- Daily bank postings and reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to managers, summarizing financial activities and balances.
- Manage the invoice processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system.
- Post employee expenses and credit card transactions.
- Conduct bookkeeping and reconciliation of all accounts of Acolin Group.
- Determine payment priorities and schedule payments through the banking system.
- Perform end-of-month closing procedures.
- Support the Accounting Manager with month-end processes and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between our records and bank statements.
- Oversee various aspects of the company accounts.
- Maintain meticulous records of financial documents and transactions for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial entries and reporting.
- Assist the Finance Manager with procedures related to month-end close, controlling, and financial reporting.
- Report to the accounting department on financial operations.
- Be key contact and liaison for External Accountant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and local invoicing practices.
- Good knowledge of Business Central (or similar financial software).
- Proficient in English language.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
