What you'll be doing

As a Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company’s financial operations, supporting informed decision-making and contributing to the overall financial health and efficiency of the organization. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Daily accounting operations – Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

• Capex and payroll accounting – Handle accounting for capital expenditures and payroll, ensuring correct data management and processing.

• Accruals and closing – Prepare month-end and year-end accruals, keeping financial records accurate and up to date.

• Reconciliations and accuracy – Conduct General Ledger reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy across the Group.

• Audit and compliance support – Support audit, tax filings, and regulatory reporting to meet compliance standards. Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Things change quickly here, so be ready to adapt, take initiative, and shape your role as we grow.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant experience – At least 3 years in finance or corporate services, with a strong background in general ledger and accounting functions.

• Accounting knowledge – Solid knowledge of accounting principles (Italian GAAP and/or IFRS), ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.

• Proactive mindset – Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines with precision.

• Technical skills – Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel), with the ability to create and manage complex formulas.

• Languages – Fluent in Italian and English, ensuring effective communication within an international team.
