In Stade, bei Hamburg, produzieren wir sogenannte „prepregs“ für die Luftfahrtindustrie: Verbundmaterialien aus speziell entwickelten Harzen, verstärkt mit Fasern aus Kohlenstoff.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Teamleitung Finanzbuchhaltung (dwm)/Manager, Financial Accounting for our Stade, Germany office.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Prepare and file the company’s statutory financial statements with the local legislation
• Managing the process for audit and submission of the statutory financial statements, liaising with finance team and local accountants
• Lead the preparation of VAT/Intrastat, both Germany and abroad, and other returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the returns
• Participate in the month end process, ensure accuracy of the Balance Sheet, reconcile accounts & Close Binder conciliations, capital & operating leases and complete the monthly Corporate tax provision and on a quarterly basis complete online tax reporting for Corporate tax team
• Each year complete and file Corporate Tax returns, working in collaboration with our tax advisor

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• Advanced knowledge and experience in accounting (HGB/US GAAP) and Tax.
• IT skills (Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365) and MS Office, mainly Excel. Experience with PowerBI, Onestream, Onesource and Leaseaccelerator desirable.
• Good command of German and English, verbal and written (B2 equivalent level desirable).
• Understanding of the treatment of foreign exchange transactions would be beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, if possible having worked in a similar position in an international manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge about Treasury and basic understanding of payroll.
• Knowledge of Corporate Legal requirements.
• Highly motivated and committed to get the job done properly and on time
