Primary Job Description
- Provide support to the finance and accounting team.
- Resolve financial account discrepancies as appropriate including cash transactions and vendor invoice payments.
- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in monthly close process.
- Assist in grant tracking and monitoring.
- Responsible for keeping and storing documentation for accounting transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- 2 years of related accounting experience in healthcare preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs preferred.
- Detail oriented team player who can consistently meet deadlines, adapt quickly, work well with all levels of the organization, and possess the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, computer and team building skills.
