The Role:
Legend is hiring a Financial Accountant, reporting to our Senior Financial Reporting Manager in St Helier, Jersey.
The Financial Reporting team sits at the heart of our global Finance function, ensuring the business has accurate, reliable financial information while continually improving how we report, analyse and use data.
As a Financial Accountant, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality financial reporting while helping the team become more efficient through better processes, automation and data analysis.

Skills Required
- Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA
- Experience gained in practice or industry within a finance or accounting environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data and investigate issues
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, logical structures and manipulating large datasets
- Experience using Power Query, Alteryx or similar data tools
- Genuine interest in improving processes, automating manual tasks and making reporting more efficient
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Strong communication skills with confidence to collaborate across Finance and explain financial information clearly
- Curious, proactive and motivated by continuous improvement
