Job Description

This program finance analyst position supports the Joint Combat Weapons Systems (Javelin/Precision Strike) program as the Orders, Sales and Profit (OSP) Lead. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:• Participate in/lead the development of the JCWS Long Range Plan (LRP).• Coordinate and consolidate inputs on Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash from program finance analysts. Analyze data submitted, assess any relevant risk and opportunities to current financial forecast, and prepare summary reports and recommendations for presentation to senior management. Lead the analysis of actual results against plan.• Prepare the JCWS quarterly CSR for presentation to F&BO senior management and executives• Interact and coordinate with F&PA counterparts to allow for an effective two-way flow of information• Focal point for Ernst & Young audit activities; as well as key point of contact for Accounting• Additional responsibilities include Javelin Joint Venture (JV) Finance activities• This person will be integrated with the JV Finance Team • Review JV Financial Accounting reports and other JV-level information to ensure proper OS&P reporting at the JV level as well as the LM level• Knowledge and understanding of how to reconcile G/L Accounts related to the JV, such as WIP Balances, Unbilled A/R, and Equity Accounts such as the Loan Balance • This person will provide critical insight to management based on JV level decisions that will impact Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash• Support the JV Finance Lead with Financial Statement Reviews

Basic Qualifications
• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to interact with high level personnel in the organization• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines• Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite applications; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word• Ability to work in fast-paced environment• Knowledge of the CSR and LRP process• Strong working knowledge of EFS System and Model Data Reporting (MDR)

Desired skills
• Prior Financial Planning experience (program or central)• Prior Cost Management experience • Accounting or Finance degree• Experience utilizing MFC financial systems

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $88,400 - $147,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
