Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Performs account analysis, reconciliations, and various accounting schedules as part of the month- end close process
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in the management of balance sheet accounts
• Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are executed according to GAAP
• Prepare special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Collaborate closely with FP&A and operational teams

Skills and Qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 0-4 years of professional accounting experience 
• Self-starter with the ability to solve problems independently 
• Detail oriented individual that believes in getting to the right answer
• Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Workday Financials ERP would be excellent, though not required
