Senior Manager, Advisory Services
How you’ll make an impact:
As a Senior Manager on our Advisory Services team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, documentation, project management, change management, and customer relationship management for Advisory Service engagements which complement Strata’s current technology portfolio.
You will help customers design and implement highly efficient and effective health care financial planning and performance improvement processes, tools, and operating structures.
Your goal is work with our customers to “help heal healthcare” by simplifying and enabling their processes with our Best in KLAS toolset and growing the mindset and skillset that health systems need to navigate a complex and ever-changing environment. You will be part of an exciting, autonomous, and growing business!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Deliver clear and concise roadmap and planning documentation to various levels of the customer organization, from C-suite to VPs, directors, and managers.
Lead and facilitate customer working sessions to design improved reporting, processes, and/or accountability while building consensus across all levels of customer organization.
Help healthcare organizations translate strategic objectives with operational workflows, metrics, analytics, processes, etc.
Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Performance Improvement, etc. to gain trust in Strata recommendations while working through friction or opposing perspectives.
Define stakeholder- and purpose-specific communications and work with customers on effective change leadership to ensure improvements are adopted and sustained.
Project management tasks including note taking and coordinating logistics (timing, resources, meetings) of engagements with customer as well as internal Strata resources.
Build internal and external presentations to outline plan, progress, and outcomes.
Understand the core functionality of StrataJazz® and be able operationalize plans for how the toolset can address a customer’s business problems and improve their financial planning and improvement processes
Participate in business development activities as needed.
Assess current customer portfolio for Advisory Services opportunities.
Partner with internal stakeholders including business development, account management, project management, practice directors, etc.
What we’re looking for:
A Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent, MBA, or MHA a plus
5+ years’ experience working in healthcare - finance, process improvement, change management, analytics, or relevant healthcare consulting
preferably focused in productivity, service lines or cost accounting
Strong executive presence in delivering recommendations, communicating project barriers or escalations, and explaining complex strategic concepts.
Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships across multiple organizations Ability to translate executive vision into tactical action for people, process, and technology
