About the Role

Our ambition is to position Contessa as the nation's leading provider of high-acuity care in the home. The Senior Financial Analyst position is a critical member of this fast-paced team and will report directly to the VP, Finance & Corporate Development.

This role will have visibility and engagement with Contessa's leadership and interface directly with various functional areas within the company to support financial, strategic, and operational analyses. Activities will include accessing company financial information, analyzing trends, building models, drawing insights and conclusions, and preparing and communicating reports and presentations.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; relevant work experience may be substituted if Bachelor's degree is in another field
  • Certified Public Accountant, MBA, or other related Master's degree (preferred, not required)


Experience (Required):

  • 2-4 years working experience in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating financial data and preparing financial reports/analyses
  • Strong set of finance, accounting, and analytical skills
  • Experience organizing and tracking multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships within a company
  • Experience preparing and delivering internal and external facing presentations and reports in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft application (preferred, not required)
