As a Senior Finance Leader supporting our Consolidated Contact Centers you will have significant interaction and provide direction to function/department leadership as well as key stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Accounting. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual contributor with an advanced level of financial analysis skills and prior experience successfully leading highly complex areas of the P&L. Our team provides end-to-end financial expertise that covers the entire spectrum of budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, financial reporting, performance reporting dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and strategic planning. We are a strategic business partner that provides actionable financial insight and helps drive profitable growth by being an integral part of the business decision making process.
This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Lenexa, KS, Springfield, MO, Allen, TX, or Remotely within the U.S.
What you'll be responsible for:
• Perform highly complex financial analyses on cash flow, operating results, and business plans to determine rates of return, capital/cash flow requirements, etc. • Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. • Document revenues and expected expenditures and prepare summary statements and documents. • Act as consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and applications. • Prepare special studies, analyses, and recommendations for budgets, business forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, and statistical reports. • Identify and forecast key product related metrics - Be able to highlight sales/ customer trends and provide reflective narrative. • Build performance management reports (Financial and Non-Financial Indicators) for internal consumption to aid in incentive and financial planning. • May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • A minimum 10 years of progressive responsible experience in Finance or Accounting. • Previous experience working as a finance business partner for an organizational function providing financial analysis and strategic guidance. • Proven financial leadership experience across a large department or functional area with the ability to work across all levels of the organization. • Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
• Ability to bring creativity, "Think outside of the box" attitude to the position while at the same time providing consistent, accurate financial analysis. • MBA and/or CPA or other related professional certification desired. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Knowledge of or experience with OneStream, Tableau or PowerBI. • Prior experience in a Financial or Technology Services organization. • Effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines. • Possess strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry • Ability to make recommendations in order to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
