ACCOUNT MANAGER AGILLINK
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This person is responsible for the day-to-day sales support, cross sale, and client account management. The sales support will include the preparation of proposals, ensuring that we are following our internal process/procedures, updates to Salesforce, and SaaS contract renewals, Sales support will also include participating in our sales process with both existing clients and new prospects. The account manager will also participate in providing consultative support to resolve sales and client support issues. Advise clients of the most effective combinations of products and services for their individual situation. Actively engage in meaningful conversations with clients to ensure that solutions are suggested and or provided that meet the ongoing business and operational needs. The Account Manager is positioned to proactively execute on the concepts developed by the DF Sales Officer with minimal supervision. This person will also be instrumental as a liaison with Datafaction and CNB colleagues to support our customer success strategy.
AgilLink Division
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fintech software affiliate of City National Bank. As a member of the AgilLink team, you will service the needs of family offices, business managers and sport management firms that offer bill pay and client accounting. Our secure bill pay and specialized cloud accounting solution incorporates document management, approval workflow, investment data integration and online banking.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support Sales team, participate in sales process, prepare proposals, updates to Salesforce, and SaaS contract renewals
- Initial contact for qualifying leads from lead gen campaigns, CNB / Eco-system partners
- Support AgilLink adoption strategy, cross sell to existing clients to finish sunsetting existing legacy products
- Assist the Datafaction Sales Officer and CNB partners with identifying new opportunities by analyzing the needs of prospects to determine if they are a viable fit for the solution.
- Resource for existing clients for both inquires and escalations
- Assist with implementation/go live process. Participate in post implementation process with Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Resource to help with all stakeholders of project implementation plan
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- Minimum of 5 years of client servicing/account management experience
- Accounting, bookkeeping or accounting software experience a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with bank products and services, Treasury Management products
Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Superior client relationship skills
- Strong demonstration of sales skills including cross selling abilities
- Must be able to work autonomously in making sound business decisions and exercising appropriate level of authority commensurate with experience and responsibility
- Must be capable of working independently and in teams
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Financial services or accounting experience preferred
- Experience supporting systems applications or software products preferred
- General knowledge of a wide variety of software solutions
- Advanced understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank personnel
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Compensation
Starting base salary: $100,011 - $125,980 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
