We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to scale and be part of a growing finance team for a rapidly advancing tech company that is disrupting and innovating an outdated industry. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, and be a highly visible role with the expectation to influence senior leadership in making key business decisions.  What You’ll Do:

• Lead and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes for operating and headcount expenses across all functions
• Act as the primary contact to key business partners by providing insights and structure for department budgets, ensuring high confidence and data integrity
• Design, build, and maintain complex financial and decision-making models, to support key outcomes in the business 
• Support the consolidation and preparation of commentary and presentation materials for the Board of Directors and Executive Team regarding company-wide financials
• Partner across Finance to drive efficiency and scalable processes through automation, simplification, and coordination
• Provide data-driven insights to facilitate decision making and influence strategy with business partners
• Support M&A activities, due diligence, fundraising and company financial strategic initiatives

What We Need: 

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience with a proven track record of supporting and driving financial forecasts; ideally at a growth stage SaaS startup or tech company (background in investment banking is a plus!) 
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience
• Comfortable working with large datasets (SQL experience is a plus!)
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities 
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to break down and solve complex problems
• Understanding of SaaS business models and reporting metrics
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative discipline (MBA is a plus!)
