Job Overview:·

Come and join our Finance team! In this role you will:

*Prepare, examine, or analyze financial transactions and ensure they are properly recorded to include accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

*Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliation

*Research and resolve processing discrepancies between point of sale and ERP

*Assist in preparation and tracking of fixed assets and lease asset schedules

*Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate cross functional projects

*Compilation of reporting for month end, quarter, and year end reporting

*Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls

*Assist in preparation of schedules for internal and external auditors and facilitate testing

*Assist in implementation of new tools, systems, and processes

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-6 years of accounting or related business experience

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field 

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, and Word 
• NetSuite experience helpful
• CPA certification
