About the role:
The Securities Operations Associate is responsible for the trade capture and settlement of trades on the Trust Desk accounting platform.
What you will be doing

• Daily monitoring of overdrafts, money movements, and account reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients verbally and in written form.
• Time critical deadlines must be met to avoid market exposure and potential losses.
• Meet department and market time sensitive deadlines while monitoring and clearing internal control accounts.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED. Associate's or Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience preferable.
• Proficient in the use of applications specific to trust systems/processes
• Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills
• Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
