HouseCanary is looking for a Real Estate Investment Specialist that will work hand in hand with our SFR investor clients and real estate agents (external and internal) to deliver a class leading home buying experience. This role will focus on learning how our clients conduct their business and executing their strategy to build their real estate portfolios. This position is ideal for someone with residential real estate experience, a passion for great customer service and building relationships, and a no-fail growth-oriented attitude.
What you'll do:
- Act as the relationship owner for our single family investor clients
- Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish with oversight and direction of our real estate partners (internal and external)
- Find creative solutions to help our investor clients accomplish their purchasing targets while ensuring a high level of customer service
- Insure all agents are aware of the requirements of partnering with HouseCanary to transact on behalf of our clients and mandate that the agents are providing the highest levels of engagement and care
- Evaluate agents before, during, and after transactions, provide feedback and guidance on changes needed, and replace those agent relationships if they aren’t up to standards
- Handle any escalated issues among clients and agents
- Focus on the growth and quality of our product
What you have:
- 5+ years in residential real estate, direct experience working with investors a plus
- Demonstrated success managing multiple real estate transactions simultaneously
- A firm understanding of transaction management and real estate compliance
- Understanding RESPA and real estate best practices
- A track record of growth and continual improvement
- The ability to build and contribute to the evolution of our product and service offerings
- A can-do, no failure attitude
- CRM and transaction management software experience
- Real estate license(s)
