Job Description:
Position Summary:
Seeking a motivated Senior Program Finance resource to support the Enterprise Payments Technology organization. The Program Finance resource is responsible for leading financial routines with program, project, and intake to manage project financial costs, coordinate and communicate with Leadership, Program and Project teams to manage financials. Works closely with Bank of America, RPSWT Finance teams to manage and report program financials.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple routines to gather cost impacts, provide financial analysis, manages project funding to stay within set budgets.
  • Manages reporting and provides visibility into Project and overall Program spend and forecast for the lifecycle of each project within a program.
  • Leads conversations with key partners on financial risk or opportunities within a project or program.
  • Works closely with Service Provider teams to update or modify their existing allocations aligned to project funding.
  • Assist Portfolio teams with corporate forecasts, financial analysis and driving mitigation plans where necessary.
  • Work closely with resource allocations teams to ensure resource allocations are accurately reflected.


Required Skills:

  • Strong relationship building and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent team building skills.
  • Experience with Bank of America finance / forecasting tools (PCM Web, PMMT, Ariba, Appian, SafeNet, & eLedger).


Desired Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills using pivot tables and data analysis skills.
  • Background in Staff Planning and Sourcing and Procurement experience.
  • Prior Program and Financial experience a plus.
  • Prior Bank of America experience required.

Pay and benefits information
California pay range:
$111,300 - $173,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
