Description and Requirements
This NBMC Controller position will support the International Services Support (ISS) Delivery function in terms of warranty cost for PCSD, MBG and ISG. This position reports to the SSG International Delivery CFO and is strongly aligned to the ISS Delivery Team, Geo Finance functions and Services Operation Teams. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills and is used to working closely with Senior Management roles.
What You'll Do:

• Close collaboration with the delivery teams to jointly drive efficiency of warranty cost while ensuring an appropriate level of Customer Satisfaction
• Be a member of the ISS Leadership Team and actively support and participate in the ISS Delivery BMS
• Drive finance planning processes for warranty cost, deliver cost movement analysis to ISS leadership team and help them understand the cost drivers and support the team achieving financial targets
• Provide ROI (Return of Investment) analysis for key business cases or investment
• Ensure organization efficiency (Expense control)
• Lead global services finance team
• Coach and develop employees

Basic Requirements:

• Strong management skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
• Demonstrated financial knowledge and overall business insight
• Flexibility to work frequently in early mornings and later evening hours to lead global team and join global meetings

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's Degree in finance or accounting
• 10+ years of experience in a Senior Finance position with people leadership duties
• Experience in leading larger teams of finance professionals
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team
• Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
