Winnebago Industries is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager based at our Eden Prairie, MN location.The Corporate Accounting Manager is the key leader for Corporate Accounting and consolidations. This role will partner across Winnebago Industries business units and functional Enterprise areas to ensure combined operating results are appropriately accounted for in accordance with Winnebago's financial policies and US GAAP.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Lead the monthly Corporate Accounting, Enterprise allocations, and consolidations processes, including intercompany eliminations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial statements
• Oversee the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

• Act as a liaison between Enterprise and External Reporting in matters pertaining to corporate accounting and internal financial reporting

• Oversee and serve as subject matter accounting expert on cross functional projects
• Identify, prioritize, and drive opportunities for process improvements, internal controls, and automation of recurring processes
• Overseeadministration and maintenance of corporate accounting systems and applications, including supporting the expansion of the tool capabilities as needed
• Drive enhancements to leverage accounting systems and expertise to strengthen and improve financial data delivery and deliver effective business partnership
• Responsible for enterprise general ledger account maintenance in ERP system
• Provides guidance and technical researchfor equity compensation plans. Manages the accounting to ensure that accounting and disclosure are appropriate
• Assist in monthly Corporate financial variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
• Partner with internal and external auditors on control testing and documentation requests
• Serve as key business partner in system upgrades or enhancements
• Other duties as assigned based on business need

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 7 - 10+ years of experience with a strong understanding of US GAAP
• Previous experience in an accounting supervisory (or equivalent) capacity strongly preferred
• CPA license, active preferred
• Ability to travel to other Winnebago Industries locations, as required
