General Summary and Purpose:

We are looking for a fulltime Investment Specialist to build relationships with our clients. Investment Specialists advise clients in different stages of their investment journey (savings, retirement, charitable giving etc.). They work with them to help navigate them through multiple markets while working to achieve their financial goals. Investment Specialists take inbound calls and pro-actively reach out and follow up on their conversations.

You will report to the Manager, Investment Specialist Group.

You Will:

• Achieve sales goals by uncovering additional client needs and deepening existing relationships.
• Build and retain deep relationships with clients.
• Expand percent of wallet share (i.e., increase the AUM and account types) of existing clients.
• Educate potential and existing clients about investment products and services.
• Provide outstanding guidance and service to clients.
• Maintain current knowledge of Victory products, policies and services while keeping up to date with financial markets and regulations.

You Have:

• A Series 7 and 63 and 65 or Series 66
• 4+ years of financial industry sales experience
• Experience meeting sales goals
• Deep knowledge of the financial products and services, and demonstrated passion and interest in financial markets
• Excellent sales and service skills
• Focus on client satisfaction
• Previous investment or brokerage sales experience
