Gross to Net Financial Analyst

This position within US Finance provides financial analysis, accounting and controllership services for assigned segments of Gross to Net (G2N) within Lilly USA, LLC. This position is part of a financial team that supports the entire affiliate across each of the business units to perform planning, forecasting, reporting, business analysis and decision support for G2N activities.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
- Financial Controllership for assigned segments of G2N across all business units in Lilly USA, LLC
- Complete planning, forecast and reporting
- Coordinate data collection for G2N analysis
- Communicate/Consult with Brands and/or financial colleagues regarding interpretation of G2N results with solid understanding of the underlying business and contracting environment
- Update leadership on current trends and concerns and opportunities
- Support ad-hoc projects requiring key financial support
- Provide financial and business analysis on project work with an eye for process productivity and control
- Collaborate with business partner to evaluate options
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
- 2 to 3 years of accounting/finance experience

Additional Skills/Preferences
- Prior experience in data analytics/data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound technical accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfort with modeling tools
- Strong influence
- Leadership and initiative
- High learning agility
- Prior financial experience with Planning/Forecasting/Reporting responsibility
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA)
- Controllership experience is a plus, but not required
