Fraud Process Specialist
About the role
As a Fraud Process Specialist, you’ll be joining our rapidly-growing Financial Service Operations Team to assist in improving the member journey through the suspensions and closures experience. You will focus on process management and work to improve account review flows for our internal and external teams to improve the member experience, and minimize time to re-enablement. You will partner cross-functionally with our Member Services, Fraud Investigations Team and Performance Management Teams to assist in defining, and prioritizing projects, and shipping process enhancements. The ideal candidate is experienced in fraud operations and or process optimization and enjoys creating processes that improve both the agent and member experience.Â
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Develop, test and implement SOPs and process flows that will assist in and optimize both financial service operations processes and tools.
- Develop process documentation for training and compliance purposes.
- Identify and resolve potential fraud process issues that impact Chime members and Team members.Â
- Team up with the product, analytics, member services, financial service operations and compliance teams to justify proposed process changes through forecasting the impact to customer and agent experience.
- Analyze the impact that process flow implementation may have on agent performance and identify performance improvement opportunities and training deficiencies, and team up with your Training and Quality Assurance counterparts to execute on those opportunities.
To thrive in this role, you have
- At least 2 years of experience involving process management and development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for identifying problems and finding the best possible solution.Â
- The drive and ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
- A positive, team player mentality with strong collaborative qualities.
