Description: Our client is currently seeking a FP&A Manager
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager works closely with senior management to increase a company's efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Leadership Team with development of the Annual Plan
• Assist with long-term Strategic Planning
• Work with Department heads to build annual budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance
• Utilize BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance
• Communicate to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors the reasons behind the product/department performance and results
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results
• Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives
• Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Other duties as assigned
• Initially will report to Controller, plan is to transition to CFO

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant analytical experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or certification equivalency preferred
• Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
• Strong quantitative abilities
• Able to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• High level of commercial acumen
• Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel, and Access; SAP experience a plus
• Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA preferred
