Location: Dallas, TX
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Financial Systems Specialist (Remote)

This job will have the following responsibilities:
To be proactive in identifying issues, troubleshooting and providing solutions

To act as a Peoplesoft subject matter expert and promote best practice processes

To work collaboratively with other Global Process team members to ensure alignment of solutions.

To identify, document and implement solutions for improvement opportunities

To provide information to the PeopleSoft developers to meet the design specifications

To test system modifications in conjunction with the key system users in the business

To understand requirements and information users need to have an impact on the operations and performance of the business units

To provide training to the key system users in the business when required

To create job aids and documentation for the business

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous Peoplesoft experience
Accounting/Finance knowledge either through a finance qualification or from on the job learning
Strong IT skills with good conceptual knowledge of accounting systems
