Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm's Financial Planning and Analysis team. This position will focus on leading cross-functional planning, analytics, and reporting initiatives across Qualcomm Finance enabling seamless P&L forecast vs actuals driver analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Instantiate and advance self-service performance management (planning and reporting) methodologies in Finance organization
• Work to develop a performance measurement framework, including KPIs at the organizational, and business unit levels, to support finance objectives
• Partner with BU Finance, Functional Finance, Accounting, and IT leads to implement financial and operational performance measurement methodologies for ever-changing business practice
• Build financial forecasting models and support annual/quarterly forecasting processes
• Coordinate with BU Finance and IT teams to implement enterprise-wide performance measurement and transaction-level strategies needed to drive information supported decision making
• Participate in new Enterprise Data Management routines to drive data governance framework decisions and attribute prioritization to performance management-related requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the following areas required: Finance/accounting, Financial Planning, or Corporate Finance; Financial Forecasting
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science and/or Engineering; MBA is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in self-service tools such as Cognos TM1, Adaptive Insights, and/or Anaplan, Tableau and/or Alteryx
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess very strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be highly analytical and be comfortable interacting across various finance teams
• Ability to see deliverables to completion through initiative and a strong ownership mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tech industry experience
