• work closely across all Lines of Defense to manage risk throughout the Financial Intelligence Unit ("FIU")• create and maintain procedure documents related to Financial Crime Investigations and Fraud • balance numerous tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment• work across differing business platforms to identify and assess varying underlying risks• interact across teams/functions to gather information and document requests related to regulatory and internal exams and reviews• complete UBS's annual BSA/AML/OFAC training

Your team

We are currently seeking an analyst for the FIU's Program Management team within Americas Financial Crime Prevention. Our role is to assist UBS in the fight against money laundering, fraud, corruption and terrorist financing by managing the programs responsible for Investigations, Fraud Investigations, and Transaction Monitoring Standards. Our primary responsibilities include managing the FIU, developing processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the program, participating in regulatory and internal examinations, and managing all related Key Process Controls ("KPCs").

Your expertise

• highly analytical, with the ability to provide practical solutions and prioritize a diverse workload with multiple deadlines• detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and change directions based on business demands• able to communicate effectively in written fashion is essential• a college degree or equivalent preferred• 0-2 years of AML or similar investigative experience associated with Financial Crime• experience handling sensitive information with a high degree of discretion • experience in MS Office application skills preferred
