What You’ll Do

ParkMobile is looking to add a Financial & Corporate Reporting Analyst to our growing team! This role will be responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports/analysis to assist senior management with financial decisions and corporate reporting.  Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Financial & Corporate Reporting Analyst will also provide regular support to other Finance and Accounting related functions such as the month-end close and consolidation process. Principle duties will include:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reports and provide performance and variance analysis
  • Providing strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital investment analysis, industry comparisons, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by the senior team
  • Evaluating trends and identifying and investigating unusual or unexpected account variances. Making recommendations to resolve issues and makes corrections, as necessary
  • Working with Product and Development teams to create automated performance reports and integrations with other financial tools
  • Maintaining and improving budget, forecast and analysis process through collaboration with departments supported by measurable assumptions
  • Designing and performing metric-based cost efficiency analysis projects for departments. Clearly present inputs, assumptions, key performance factors, and basis for recommendations
  • Assisting with International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) guidance and compliance
  • Preparing and/or assisting with consolidation and consolidated reporting including Key Performance Indicators

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA track preferred)
  • 2+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience with public accounting firm (Big 4 or Regional) or accounting experience within the technology industry
  • Financial consolidation experience including cash flows and currency conversion preferred
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint a must
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and driven to provide data-focused solutions
  • Passion for technology and strategic process improvement planning
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating and interacting with internal and external teams
  • Ability to work independently when necessary
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours as necessary
