WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Located in Memphis, TN, we are seeking a Financial Analyst, Supply Chain to join our NA Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting and supporting month-end close. You will also have responsibility for key ad hoc requests and deliverables to the NA Finance team and other internal team members.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills that allow them to connect with a diverse set of collaborators and can deliver results in ambiguous situations using financial insights.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Manage the month end closing process and monthly load of the forecasts into SAP
  • Reconcile critical cost discrepancies, and analyze and explain variances to enable informed decision-making for Senior Finance Leadership Team
  • Develop reporting methods to support the finance team and drive cost visibility
  • Prepare reporting and make recommendations on the business to the finance leadership
  • Ensure adherence to SOX and generally accepted accounting principles

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Finance Planning Manager, our Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading and fostering cross-functional relationships with internal partners, including team members in Operations, Planning, and Finance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master's/MBA is a plus or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, or related area
  • Experience in Cost Modeling and Forecasting
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to drive efficiency and process improvement and to improve understanding of business drivers.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (eg. Tableau, Cognos, etc) is a plus
  • Experience with accounts payable software (eg. Coupa) is a plus
