As a Financial Analyst, you excel at determining the current and future financial performance for projects and organizations. You ensure fiscal success by coordinating and monitoring budgets, re-forecasting and analyzing Enterprise revenue streams. You provide detailed financial planning and control through the development, interpretation and implementation of financial concepts. You have an aptitude for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles to support boundary partners while reducing costs. You flourish in an office environment supporting operations and product teams with reporting support and analysis. You report to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & Reporting for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Be an impactful partner of Sales and Finance teams by assisting in the preparation and review of reports and other analyses required to achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure teams meet key performance indicators (KPIs) through the analysis of data trends on operational budget spend.
- Forecast financial models through an in-depth understanding of the financial modeling process.
- Apply detailed analytical skills to identify cost savings opportunities.
- Maintain accurate Enterprise revenue streams by creating a re-forecast and coordinating variance analysis and reporting.
- Identify trends by performing a monthly review of financial statements.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Two or more years of financial analysis or related experience.
- Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment.
- History of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Track record of analyzing and interpreting data to quickly identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Advanced Microsoft Excels skills.
- Database management experience with SQL, SAS or Access.
- Proficient in Salesforce reporting.
- Experience with sales reporting and revenue analysis reporting.
- Knowledgeable of billing system research and reporting.
- Familiar with the sales to billed revenue cycle.
Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or a related field (required).
