Financial Analyst III (FP&A) Remote
Responsibilities
As an FA III on the RIS FP&A team, you will support the analysis and management reporting of financial results and forecasts, connecting strategy to finance, enabling management to effectively communicate financial performance. This position reports to the Sr. Financial Director/RIS FP&A lead and will partner closely with other teams within RIS and across the organization.
You will:
- prepare and ensure the integrity of management reporting of both actual financial results and forecasts
- assist in research, review, and analysis of financial results and forecasts
- communicate clear and concise explanations to the FP&A team, management, and other business partners
- create dashboards to visualize trends, monitor KPIs and financial outcomes, and provide valuable insights at-a-glance
- support other FP&A deliverables, including ad-hoc analysis and reporting
- utilize technology to drive automation and process efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, math, statistics, actuarial science, accounting, computer science, or equivalent experience required
- Two to four years of relevant experience preferred
- Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good oral and written communication skills required
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrates the ability to accept and adapt to a changing and deadline driven environment
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range
