About the team
This position works on the Vendor Maintenance Team reporting to the Finance Shared Supervisor.
What you will be doing
You will assist the payment team with the resolution of any ACH returned by the bank. Assist in the preparation of 1099s and ensure timely completion of 1099 reporting to reduce the risk of penalties. You will work as the liaison between FIS and 3rd party company for printing 1099s. Download and review CP2100 from the IRS, issue and track B-Notices as required by the IRS. Work in a team environment to resolve issues. Escalate issues as they arise through defined processes. Assist with the India 3rd party registration project.

• Send welcome packets for all new vendors, track and follow up on vendors that don't comply
• Receive, validate, and enter accurate and complete vendor information
• Ensure new vendors are approved by Vendor Risk Management
• Ensure vendor' bank details are entered according to region' banking format
• Validate IBAN prior to entry in Oracle
• Ensure TIN/Name matches to IRS tool
• Ensure vendor' documents are filed into FIS scanning
