What you’ll do as an Director, Partnerships, Financial Services and Fintechs at Notarize:

  • Lead Notarize's partnership strategy and execution for financial services and fintech partnerships
  • Create scalable strategies, economic models, and partnership structures to drive revenue growth and strategic advantage
  • Build trusting, effective relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Understand and influence incentives to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with other stakeholders across Notarize, including Product, Engineering, Legal, Partner Marketing, and Finance to scale our partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with Notarize's Real Estate team on mortgage- and title-related partnerships
  • Plan and project manage key initiatives and efforts related to partner activation
  • Be an owner - own the P&L and economic success of our financial services partnersHelp recruit the best talent to the partnerships team as Notarize rapidly grows

What we're looking for:

  • 8 or more years of experience combined across the following backgrounds:
  • Managing and growing distribution and/or technology partnerships targeting financial services use cases, including extensive experience with developing new and emerging partner programs.
  • Management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or another analytical and intensive professional experience.
  • Deep domain expertise within financial services and the fintech landscape.
  • Technical expertise and familiarity with technology/workflow platforms is highly valued.
  • Track record of taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, defining strategies, leading data-driven analyses, and delivering tangible results.
  • Natural knack to build strong, trusting relationships with external partners at the senior levels and influence their thinking and behaviors.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate, and problem solve with external partners
  • Detail orientation, excellent organization skills, and the intuition to dive deep on details to ensure everything is thought through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
